The problem
You're good at your job. But the PM job search runs on rules nobody teaches you, and smart PMs lose months, and real money, guessing.
- Months of practice, but nobody has told you which skills and signals you're actually scored on.
- A resume and LinkedIn that undersell what you've done.
- Hundreds of applications into the void, with no hiring manager on the other end.
- Accepting the first number and leaving real money on the table.
How we work together
PCA is a full partnership. We work alongside you as your coach, mentor, agent, trainer, career strategist and sounding board until you sign an offer you're proud of, and we stay with you after.
1. We do the tedious work for you
We work out the right next role, level and companies for you. We rebuild your resume and LinkedIn, build your target company list, apply only to roles where you're a strong fit, find the hiring manager and recruiter for each one, and run the outreach. You also get our 500+ member network and my 100,000-person LinkedIn network.
2. We prepare you with the Rubric-Signal-Skills Method
Rubrics: I assess you against how interviewers actually decide, round by round, at your level. Signals: you learn what interviewers listen for in each type of question, and we prep for the real loops on your calendar. Skills: you train the individual skills behind those signals every day, with practice cards, 1-on-1 coaching, group sessions and mock interviews calibrated to specific companies. We track every skill, so you can see yourself improving.
3. We negotiate the offer with you
I'm personally involved in every negotiation. Members regularly add $50K, $100K or more a year.
4. We stay with you
Our goal is to be your partner for your whole career: career development, side projects, monthly get-togethers, and more as we keep building the membership.

The startup leader
Emily spent 14 years in product, most recently as Head of Product at health startups. We coached her on where to aim and on product sense and analytical interviews. She reached seven final rounds, got two offers, and joined Meta. "Working with Alex for one month equals three months of it on my own."
The laid-off senior leader
Sunny was Principal Global Head of Advertising at Amazon. After a layoff, 300+ applications led to no offers. With executive-level positioning, rubric-calibrated mocks and negotiation coaching, she landed an L6 role at Meta, about $100K more in total compensation. "I went for the moon, and I got it."
The top tech PM
Shifia's Amazon experience got her plenty of callbacks, but she couldn't crack the interviews. She became confident and well prepared, and secured multiple offers in the $350K to $370K range.
The PM-consultant
Led big teams and projects, and needed to show up as a PM operator. Aaron moved from McKinsey to Meta.
The ex-founder
Built and shipped, but the PM interview was a different game. Ethan went from founder to Senior Product Manager at Roblox.
"Just got promoted to group PM/director level managing three folks within six months at the gig; was kinda the plan from the beginning but still had to earn it. Just wanted to thank you again for the help getting into the right spot earlier this year."

Who's behind it
I'm Alex Rechevskiy. I was a Group PM at Google for 4 years, served on Google's hiring committee, and have coached product managers for 7 years, thousands of them by now. You'll work with me and a team of coaches who've been with PCA for years.
Who PCA is for
- At least 3 years of real product management experience
- Strong PM fundamentals
- Committed, proactive and ambitious, and you believe in yourself
- Based in the U.S. We also accept a limited number of serious candidates in Canada, the UK, Australia and Switzerland, with the understanding that those markets have fewer roles.
If we're not a fit, we'll tell you right away and refund you.
How to start
1. Book your assessment
$399. Pick a time right after checkout and share your LinkedIn.
2. Meet with me, 1-on-1
One live hour on Zoom. I assess you across every round modern PM interviews use, and you get a written readiness report within 48 hours: your strengths, your gaps, and what to work on first.
3. If we're a fit, I'll invite you to PCA
At the end of your session, if I know we can help, I'll walk you through how PCA would work for you. Your $399 is credited if you join. We take 20 new members a month, the number we can serve well. If this month is full, you're first in line for the next.
Either way, you keep your report and know exactly where you stand.
Questions
How much time does it take?
Most members put in 7 to 10 hours a week. Daily practice happens on your schedule in PCA Pilot, around your current job.
How long does it take to land a role?
The median is about 4 months to an offer, starting from scratch. It depends on your level, your market and how much time you put in.
Is it self-paced or cohort-based?
Both. You practice daily on your own schedule, and you also get 1-on-1 coaching, group sessions and mock interviews with coaches.
Who are the coaches?
Me, plus experienced PMs and interviewers from top tech companies, calibrated to the rubrics specific companies use. Most have been with PCA for years.
How much time do I get with you, Alex?
I run your readiness assessment myself, and I'm personally involved in negotiating your offers.
When do mock interviews start?
Right after your assessment. We work on your gaps first, then prep for the actual interviews on your calendar.
Do you really apply to jobs for me?
Yes. In PCA Pilot we apply only to roles where you're a strong fit, find the hiring manager and recruiter, and run the outreach, so your time goes to interviews.
I'm not interviewing yet. Is it too early?
No. Members who start before they're interviewing get positioned, rebuild their materials and close their gaps before the interviews that matter.
What levels do you work with?
Experienced PMs with at least 3 years in product, from PM to senior leadership. Members have landed Senior PM at Meta, L6 at Walt Disney and Senior VP at JPMorgan Chase.
What does it cost?
It starts with a $399 assessment with me. If we're a fit, I'll walk you through PCA membership at the end of your session, and your $399 is credited if you join.
Do you guarantee a job?
No. Nobody honestly can. What we do: 300+ PMs placed in the last 2 years, and a clear assessment before you commit to anything.
Do you work with people outside the U.S.?
Mostly U.S.-based PMs. We take a limited number in Canada, the UK, Australia and Switzerland, with the understanding that those markets have fewer roles.
How is this different from mock interview platforms and courses?
Those give you content and practice. PCA owns your whole search with you: positioning, materials, applications and outreach, interview prep for every round, and negotiation.
